Deep Clean Checklist

Kitchen

Clean countertops, backsplash, and sinks (scrub and polish fixtures)

Clean inside and outside of microwave

Clean fronts of refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher (inside fridge/oven by request, additional fee)

Move and clean behind/under accessible appliances

Scrub stovetop, hood, and vent (including filters)

Clean inside cabinets and drawers (remove crumbs and debris)

Wipe all cabinet faces, pulls, and kickplates

Dust and wipe light fixtures, switches, and outlets

Wash baseboards, doors, and trim

Clean faucets (descale as needed), wipe/dust vents

Empty, sanitize trash can

Clean windows, sills, and tracks

Vacuum, and mop floors

Bathrooms

Clean sinks, countertop, toilets, tubs, and showers (all surfaces)

Remove hard water stains, soap scum, and address grout/mildew

Clean inside drawers and cabinets

Polish all glass (mirrors, shower doors)

Clean light fixtures, vent covers, and fans

Wipe switches, doors, and door frames

Descale faucets and showerheads

Wash walls and baseboards

Empty, sanitize trash can

Vacuum, and mop floors

Bedrooms

Dust and wipe ceiling fans, lights, vents, trim, and baseboards

Clean doors, frames, switches, and handles

Clean/wash windows, sills, and tracks

Dust inside closets, shelves, and drawers

Wipe all furniture, lamps, and décor in detail

Vacuum and mop floors

Living and Common Areas

Dust and wipe fan blades, vents, trim, and all surfaces
Clean light fixtures, switches, and outlets
Wash baseboards, window frames, doors, and walls
Clean windows, sills, and tracks
Move and vacuum under/behind sofa and large furniture (if safe)
Vacuum upholstery and behind/under cushions
Vacuum and mop floors

General Throughout
Remove all cobwebs, even in high/hidden corners
Spot clean walls smudges/stains
Dust crown molding, wall corners, and floor molding
Detail clean doors, handles, light switches, and vents
Clean air vent covers and intake grates
Sanitized trash cans throughout
Shake or vacuum entry/throw rugs
Final detail: straighten, spot-check for overlooked debris
